Christmas is just around the corner. But the city still lacks the atmosphere of the celebration. I've been celebrating lonely Christmas and new year for the past few years so I guess there would be no exception this year. As people grow old, festive seasons always seems to be less fun as compared to those celebrated in younger years.
Friends left the city.
It will be another lonely Christmas for me. Still thinking of what to do in the weeks to come. Currently feeling lost, confused and demotivated. Maybe things will get better when I join the new company.
New year is supposed to be fun and exciting. But I don't anticipate much for the coming of 2009. Usually days like Christmas and new year are spent with love ones and friends. None of them are going to be here with me.
Now I'm broke. Salary from previous month were exhausted from the bank..due to higher spending in the current month. I wonder how I could survive till the end of the month.
This year, I'll bring my sadness and loneliness with me to 2009. Hopefully everything gets better after this year. FuG!

Resignation
I have tendered my resignation lately to my current employer..Quite a few things came across my mind that I couldn't really express to my boss during my exit interview that I would like to share here as the internet is the kingdom of speech freedom..
The company don't have a proper system in place for me to follow. When I first join the company, I thought this was usual as time goes by, I'll catch up too. But during my 3 months stay, I realised its quite impossible to catch up as the whole organisation isn't following any system or procedures at all. Therefore, I'm actually quite disappointed. What I was told during the interview didn't really meet my expectation.
I was told that the salary will be revised soon. But till now, its still the same. Everyone in the firm is underpaid except the top management I guess.
I was told that the firm is expanding but they were not enough laptops and equipment for staff to carry out their jobs efficiently. Proper standard working procedures are still not in place and thus it caused confusion even to senior level staff in the event of performing field work. How bad could that be to a professional practice service company?
The company do have enough qualified senior staff and the main reason is because they fail to attract with the current remuneration package they offer.
Usually the entry level staff would b college or uni grad aged between 20 to 23..Senior staff with the age from 24 to 27 and managerial staff from 28 onwards...But here its quite out of the norm that we have junior staff aged between 22 to 28. That's not a very healthy situation for a company.
Yes. I know that the problems have been addressed and changes have been proposed. It takes time to change. When I was asked about my concern..What's my concern?
My concern is of course to learn and develop skills in the shortest time possible..A manager's concern would probably be building up a falling company to prove that they are able to bring up the company from the worst position to a higher position in the market.
I wasn't unhappy here. I was actually quite happy here but I'm looking for something different. After 3 months of stay, I can't really see the progress in myself..I want to do more than just binding, stapling and photostating. I believe the company can get a person to do those job with cheaper salary offered. Therefore I choose to leave.
Although changes are implemented, but its not easy as there are forces that refuse to change in the company.
Nevertheless, I'm very thankful to my direct supervisor. I think he is a very capable man and I believe he has the ability to turn around the company. I believe greater change will come when they move forward. And I wish them all the best in their future undertakings.

An Annoying Pest...Friend?
I have a friend since my college years..not a true friend actually..this guy acted like a friend but mix with people just to get the good out of people..like a parasite? suitably known as pest..
Standing one sixty TALL yet still act like very tall..Man..Ima six-footer..Still always like to lean his filthy arms on my shoulder and I have to tell the truth that I damn FUGGING HATE IT..It really pissed me off..There were times I felt like to stand up and tie both his arms like a ribbon..what the hell..
That's not the worse part..Being a short and useless arsehole..he doesn't have to guts to know girls in the course and THEREFORE...always try to interupt when I talk to one..Not to say that these are the girls that I wana hook..but he made me feel like he's very cheap for making himself AS IF he's very very so damn familiar with the girls and say "Hey,they liked me huh?"
Hmm...It's ok.. I have been very obvious in boycotting this fella but with the nature and ability of a pest..he never fails to thicken his face and keep following tightly..He even uses the words that I usually say..What kind of people is this? Damn.. I wouldn't be so damn pissed if he didn't follow like a dog..aihz...
Those were still OK to me...
The worst part is after grad...
Happily after grad, I thought I will never gonna see his face again..I pursued my career in professional practice and he said he's more to the finance world..talking as if he's the second Warren Buffet..Oh man..thank God he wanna be Warren Malaysia..Months after I joined the workforce, I decided to quit my job as I've received a better offer..
And the stories goes like...
This fella also want to change a job and keep looking for new ones but WHO THE HELL on earth would want a pest rite? Therefore the offer he got I GUESS is not so good..He came to know that I got a well-paid job and said to me..Jobs under THIS AMOUNT I DON'T WANT AS IM USED TO BEING PAID FOR MORE THAN 2K...this really irritates me..as a fresh grad..what kind of bargaining power do u possess?without experience he wants to join professional practice as well..muthafarker..
One day..this SOTB called and ask me for the place where I got my offer..In my heart, I heard zillions of FUG U PEST...how pathetic...Why this fella keep imitate and following things people do?
Even one of my friends also had ABUNDANCE of complaints of him when he stayed at his place without compensating a penny for the rental and utilities..
The moral of the story is to tell people who like to imitate your friends not to do to the extent of making yourself an annoyance..do retain some of your personal quality and style as everyone is unique..there's no need to have another FuGGeR that FuGs..YOU just have to be YOU..because you are always the short and pathetic pest unless you see the good inside yourself and not make yourself a pest..did I mention that you are also a Loser+Coward+That Sucks?

Just Something Out Of Ordinary
Everyday, we see funny things done by people around us...
When I wake up to work every morning, I'll have to get my arse down to catch public transport. Be it a bus or train, it's quite normal to see people cutting queues. Is this the norm of Malaysian culture? But this mostly happens at the LRT station. When the train stops and passengers disembark, I always see funny people go from the back of the queue or from the side straight into the train and pretend like nobody's business. Wondering moral ed is still a need for schools? might as well tell the govt. to ease the burden of our petty students.hahs!
There were a few times my queue were being cut by these FUGGERS. Of course a FuGGeR like me will screw them at their face. But yet, they don't feel a thing. Shame lah. If any of you who were reading this likes to cut queue, then I've a little compliment for U....FUG U~
Hmm..Everyday we also meet different people, but how many of them are true? How many of them don't point at your back?..Hehe..Met a lot of these arseholes during schooldays..There were 2 bitches which were named the dog's vagina and dog's skin.. The DoGGies were quite hostile to their owner..Luckily I disowned these dogs and joined the Four Heavenly Kings group in the final days in school.
That's why I desperately need this space to FUG these people..Cheers to my true friends and FUGGOFF for queue-cutters, work bullies and fakers~

Introduction of FuGGeR
I'm a newbie in blogging. Feel free to comment on my posts to come. This blog is dedicated to all FuGGeRs on planet earth. My identity will not be revealed so I'll just call myself FuGGeR. The content of the blog would be stories or anything out of scratch. So don't take it seriously. Forgive my poor English. Do correct me if I'm wrong. That's how we learn from each other.
